Yes! We carefully pack all orders with the insulation needed for safe delivery. Because we ship frozen products, we recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after it arrives. If you won't be home on the expected delivery day, consider asking a neighbor to retrieve it or having it shipped to a location where someone can accept the package.

- Our shipping boxes are fully recyclable and make great storage boxes before recycling.
- The insulated liners and bags can often be reused for camping trips, picnics, grocery runs, or keeping food cold while traveling. Customers also welcome to, but not required, give them back to us for reuse.
- The reusable ice blankets used in our shipping can be refrozen again and again for coolers and lunch bags, donated to local food pantries or animal shelters.
