A quarter share of beef includes 100 lbs of premium pasture raised beef including:
~50 lbs of ground beef
~30 lbs of roasts (chuck, arm, rump, brisket, short ribs)
~20 lbs of steaks
We are always happy to add in organ meat or soup bones at no extra charge!
The remaining balance of $950 will be due at the time of delivery.
