From Dan and Debbies: "Real butter, made with cream and salt is a staple to have in the kitchen. And rest assured this is real butter and is quite possibly the best salted butter you’ll ever eat.
Our salted butter is made in our production room with just two ingredients: cream and salt. Our heavy cream is added in to our butter churn, and away we go! The churn will run for roughly 90 minutes; agitating the cream until it starts to solidify into solid butter. Then we sprinkle in the salt and let it churn for a few more minutes. After that, it’s a fun 2 hour process to hand roll the 140 lbs of butter in the churn. The butter is weighed, rolled, and packaged into one pound packages wrapped in butcher paper. And trust us, packaging butter is no small feat, it’s a whole body workout!"
